Responsibilities:
- Expand our client base and contribute to the company's success
- Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Client Engagement: Initiating and maintaining effective communication with prospects, understanding their needs, and presenting ZenSecured's services and solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Managing and nurturing the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, and accurate documentation of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Working closely with ZenSecured teams to align efforts, share insights, and contribute to the development of effective strategies to create compelling proposals and drive the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Proposal Development: Collaborating with the ZenSecured technical team to create compelling proposals that address client requirements and showcase ZenSecured's capabilities.
- Negotiation and Closing: Driving the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and acquiring new clients.
- Cybersecurity or Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with cybersecurity tools, services, or web development, software solutions, and a keen interest in technology.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with excellent communication abilities.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.

This is an independent contractor position with a 100% commission-based compensation structure with no cap. Commissions are earned on fixed fees and recurring revenue models, including multi-year contracts.
